On Wednesday, July 17, 2024, acclaimed author and organizer susan abulhawa, author of the globally beloved novel Mornings in Jenin, founder of Playgrounds for Palestine, and director of the Palestine Writes Literature Festival, will speak at the second installment of Archives & Heritage for Palestine, a series hosted by Dr. Jamila Ghaddar and Tam Rayan, in defense of Palestinian life, land, liberation, and return.
Join us to mark 76 years of the Nakba and to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian struggle for freedom.
On January 15, 2024, forty days after Palestinian poet, editor, and educator Refaat al-Areer was killed under Israeli bombardment, we are calling for a Global Day of Action, followed by a week of events, in which we read his poetry in public and refuse business as usual, demanding an end to the genocide and the occupation.
